We Have Something for Everyone

Our general store has plenty of gifts and treats

Every town should have a general store. A place that feels like home, serves delicious treats and carries a little of everything. Ada Village General Store takes pride in filling that role. Our general store opened in August 2018 in Ada, Michigan.

It's a great place to stop in for a snack or look around for a simple gift. Visit our store today to find:

  • Ice cream, shakes and donuts to satisfy your sweet tooth
  • Penny candy to grow your feelings of nostalgia
  • Local Michigan-made items, including soaps and lotions, to give to yourself or others

Our building has a proud history

The Ada Village General Store has a fascinating history. The structure was built in 1859 and used as a schoolhouse until 1964. Located in the middle of Ada Village, next to the park, our business focuses on fun, treats and the community. We welcome you to come browse around and spend some time in our lovely, little store.
